Since its establishment in 2019, it has been deeply rooted in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province with an extraordinary presence. The company has a vast factory area of 160 mu and a modern production workshop of 80,000 square meters, which is well-organized. At present, the company has gathered over 380 employees, among whom there are more than 50 professional and technical talents, forming a powerful talent matrix.


The company has diverse and strong production capabilities in the field of power equipment manufacturing. Its products cover dry-type transformers, oil-type transformers, American-style box-type transformers, European-style box-type transformers, Chinese-style box-type transformers, high and low voltage distribution cabinets, ring main units, etc.


◆ Oil transformer: 220KV grade, production capacity up to 240,000 KVA, annual output of 10 units; 110KV grade, with a production capacity of 100,000 KVA and an annual output of 20 units. The 35KV/10KV grade has a production capacity of 40,000 KVA and an annual output of 10,000 units.

◆ Dry transformer: 35KV/10KV grade, production capacity up to 10,000KVA, annual output of 8,000 units.

◆ Box-type transformer/distribution cabinet: Annual output is 400 units/sets.


The company's comprehensive annual output value reached 700 million yuan, with sales amounting to 650 million yuan, among which the export volume reached 120 million yuan. The company actively expands the international market through diversified channels such as trade cooperation, online marketing and holding international exhibitions. Its products are exported to countries and regions such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, North Korea, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Israel. With its excellent product quality, the company has successfully passed the UL certification in the United States. It is expected that the export volume will exceed 200 million yuan this year.


In the future, Tianhong Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to increase its investment in research and development, be committed to the intelligent upgrade of its products and energy-saving technological innovation, improve product performance and quality, and further consolidate its leading position in the domestic market. Based on the current situation and development goals of the enterprise, I have formulated the following optimization plan for you, and will carry out strategic upgrades from five dimensions:

I. Optimization of Market Expansion Strategies

1. In-depth development of regional markets

(1) CIS market: Set up a bonded warehouse in Kazakhstan to shorten the delivery cycle for Russian-speaking countries

(2) Southeast Asian market: Establish an assembly branch factory in Indonesia to radiate the markets of the ten ASEAN countries

(3) Emerging markets: In response to the demand for new energy transformation in the Middle East, develop photovoltaic-specific box transformer products


2. Three-dimensional construction of channels

(1) Online channels: Build a multilingual B2B platform and launch a VR factory cloud exhibition hall

(2) Agency system: Implement the "one country, one policy" agency policy in core countries and set up tiered rebates

(3) Exhibition Layout: Participate in over 15 international professional exhibitions throughout the year, with a core breakthrough in the European Power Exhibition


Ii. Product Structure Upgrade Plan

1. Technical route optimization

Establish a smart grid equipment research institute to develop digital transformers (including online monitoring systems)

(2) Develop environmentally friendly natural ester insulating oil transformers that comply with the EU RoHS directive

(3) Introduce modular prefabricated cabin substations to enhance the delivery efficiency of overseas projects


2. Adjustment of production capacity allocation

(1) Increase the annual production capacity of 220KV oil transformers to 20 units and build an ultra-high voltage test laboratory

(2) Establish a flexible production line to achieve customized production of box transformer products (shorten the delivery cycle by 30%)

(3) Promote the "5G+ industrial Internet "workshop renovation to increase the equipment OEE to 85%


Third, the international certification system is well-developed

1. Construction of the authentication matrix

(1) Complete the EU CE certification and Dutch KEMA certification in 2024

(2) Obtain the Saudi SASO certification and the Indian BIS certification in 2025

(3) Establish an IEC standard system database to ensure compliance throughout the entire design and production process


Iv. Brand Value Enhancement Plan

Implement the "technology branding" strategy

(1) Release the industry white paper: "Power Equipment Selection Guide for Belt and Road Countries"

(2) Launch a global engineer training program and establish an overseas technical service core

(3) Participated in the formulation of 3 international standards and applied for over 20 overseas patents


V. International Layout of the Supply Chain

Establish a "dual circulation" procurement system

Domestically: An annual framework agreement on silicon steel sheets was signed with Baosteel, reducing costs by 8%

(2) International: Establish a copper processing core in Vietnam to avoid fluctuations in raw material prices

(3) Logistics: A strategic agreement was signed with the China-Europe Railway Express operation platform, reducing freight costs by 15%


Vi. Digital Transformation Plan

Build a cross-border e-commerce platform for power equipment

(1) Develop an intelligent quotation system: Support automatic matching of power grid parameters in 43 countries

(2) Launch a digital twin system: Customers can view the production progress in real time

(3) Deploy AI customer service: Supports 24-hour online response in 8 languages


Implementation path:

Phase 1 (Q3-Q4) : Complete capacity transformation + expansion of the certification system

Phase 2 (Q1-Q2 of next year) : Construction of new overseas warehouses + launch of digital platforms

Phase 3 (Q3-Q4 next year) : Achieve mass production of intelligent products and core regional operations


Expected benefits:

The delivery cycle for overseas markets has been shortened to 45 days

4. The comprehensive production cost was reduced by 12%


It is suggested that a special promotion office be established, directly led by the general manager, with a special fund of 20 million yuan to provide core support for technological research and development and the construction of overseas channels. Strategic investors can be considered for introduction. Under the premise of maintaining the controlling stake, no more than 20% of the shares can be transferred to obtain international channel resources.
