Amorphous alloy materials have the characteristics of good ferromagnetism, high mechanical strength, good corrosion resistance, simple manufacturing process and high yield. Compared with traditional silicon steel cores, transformer cores processed from amorphous alloys have the characteristics of being more conducive to magnetization and demagnetization. The no-load loss is reduced by 70%-80% compared with the value specified in GB/T10228, which can significantly reduce operating costs and achieve remarkable energy-saving effects.
